Suez Misdemeanor Court ruled on Tuesday 25/8/2015 the reject of the writ submitted by the defense of “Anas salam” final year student at the Faculty of Industrial Education – Suez University, and member of the Executive Board, Head of Foreign Relations and the Federation of Students in Egypt, on his sentence in February of his imprisonment for a term of three years, in addition to a fine of 500 pounds.

The student was arrested illegally and on the 17/10/2014 in a clear violation to Law and to the Universal declaration for human rights. Also, we have received news that the student demands his legal right to take the first term exams according to the prison law number 396 for 1956 that the prison management has tp encourage prisoners to learn, continue their study and to allow them to take the exams.
