Security forces on Thursday afternoon 12/03/2015 arrested two brothers, “Mohammed Hamid Elhebab ” fourth year student at Faculty of Commerce Menoufia University, and “Abu Bakr Hamid Elhebab ” first year student at Faculty of Science Menoufia University, arbitrarily from their home, and took them to Shebin police station till they get  prosecuted .
It is worth mentioning that the texts of international charters has stated that it is not permissible to arrest any person arbitrarily without a formal order by the prosecutor or court order to do so.
