On behalf of Itai Albarood court it was decided yesterday Sunday, 05/04/2015, to renew imprisonment for, “Ahmed El Sawy” first year student at the Faculty of Commerce, Tanta University, in Case No. 9129 for year 2014 for a period of fifteen days pending investigations.

Recalling that the student had been arrested arbitrarily in violation of the law, on Monday, 1/12/2015 from within the students hostel and detained inside Alabaadah prison for the murder of a police secretary, is worth mentioning that the student has engaged in a hunger strike on Saturday, 21/03/2015, because This is the second time he goes on a strike where he had started a strike which lasted for several days without a response from the prison administration to their demands.
