In spite of the decision of the Attorney General stating amnesty for “Ahmed Darwish” second year student at the Faculty of Education, Tanta University, in early March, but the decision  it is not implemented this is still being a student detention pending the investigation.
Stating  that he had been  arrested arbitrarily contrary to all laws, on 25 December last year, after he exitingthe Examination hall, where he was kidnapped and accused of several charges including: rioting, to be held later in Tora prison.
Also noteworthy is the second time for the arrest of the student where he had been previously arrested on   16 August 2013, the well-known events of “Fath Mosque”, to be released later, as in another violation security forces subjected the student to force hide following a decision to pardon him later it was found out the student exposure during that period of systematic torture and degrading treatment.
