Although the court of Minya issued a decree which attributed that he is not guilty of charges on Thursday, 16/04/2015, and although the student decided to pay the financial bailouts,to his release papers, the current authorities in Minya police station still having the student ” Abd al-Rahman al-Husseini “student at Faculty of Engineering at the University of Minya in custody, and his continued his detention without any apparent reason until yesterday evening, where prosecutors charged new charges to the student, notably burning electricity generators.
Recalling that the student was arrested arbitrarily against the law since August 2014, where he was accused by the public prosecutor with several charges, notably: joining an outlawed group, sabotage and burning public facilities, and incitement of violence, and it came a continuation of a series of advocating violence by the current regime against the Egyptian universities and institutes students.
