After being locked up for four days last Saturday,on April 25, 2015, decided on behalf of “first sixth of October,” on Tuesday, April 28 to remain in custody six students at the University of October 6, for a period of fifteen days pending investigations and the names of students and their data as follows :
1. “Sameh Mahdi”, 6th year student Faculty of Medicine.
2. “Mohammad Magdi” fourth year student at the Faculty of Pharmacy.
3. “Osama Al-Khatib,” 5th year student at the Faculty of Pharmacy.
4. “Al-Hassan Al-nasser “5th year student at the Faculty of Pharmacy.
5. “Omar Jaber” Faculty of Engineering.
6. “Mohammed Jamal El-magrabi ” third year student at the Faculty of Medicine.
It is noteworthy that the security forces had arrested six students arbitrarily against the law on Wednesday 22/4/2015 in front of the University of 6 October , to be taken to an undisclosed location where they were forced to hide for three days,and they were subjected to severe torture at the headquarters of the device State Security at the Department of the first October 6, until their first appearance on Saturday 25/4/2015 to be brought before a public prosecutor and jailed for four days pending investigations, without paying attention to what the 6 students suffered of flagrant violations, and without making any investigations into the crimes of torture and enforced disappearance, which the security forces against their students, which is a clear violation of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights as well as the Egyptian constitution, which criminalizes arbitrary arrest.
