Mansoura Criminal Court decided on Sunday  07/06/2015 to postpone the trial of: “Moaz Elmalh” student at the Faculty of Theology and advocacy, and “Abdullah Mohammed Attia” first year student at the Faculty of Theology and advocacy Mansoura branch of Al-Azhar University, to 05/08/2015 session.

It is worth mentioning that the students had been arrested arbitrarily in violation of the law on 30.08.2013, where they were accused by the public prosecutor of several charges including: murder of  “Sharif Elqomash”, and possession of a firearm and cartridges, and is currently being held in public Mansoura prison.
