The military court decided on 21/7/2015 to postpone the trial of Abdullah Mamdouh Tantawy, the student in the second year, faculty of law, Mansoura University to the 29/7/2015 to look the cases against them that included belonging to a banned illegal group, owning fliers for publishing and burning Dekernis police office.

The student and his father were arrested on the 12/7/2015 then they were disappeared for 3 days in Dekernis police office where they were tortured before being exposed to the prosecution that decided to imprison them then referred them to the military court on 11/2/2015.

What the student and his father had been through is absolutely violating the current constitution in article 97 that guarantee the right of civil trials for all citizens.
