In constant violation by the current authorities against university students and the Egyptian institutes, security forces hide three students at the Faculty of Engineering Mansoura University for the third day in a row, their names were as follows: “Abdul Hadi Alawadla”, “Yasser Zaini,” and “Ahmed Gad “.
It is worth mentioning that the students had been detained arbitrarily contrary to the law on 07.31.2015 from a public street of city of Mansoura,they were also taken to an unknown location was not dicloused to any of their relatives or their lawyers, where this violation was in violation of Article I of the International Convention for the Protection of All Persons from Enforced Disappearances that “it may not be invoked under any exceptional circumstances whatsoever, whether a state of war or a threat of war, internal political instability or any other public emergency exception, to justify enforced disappearances.
