The Criminal Court decided  on Wednesday 05/08/2015 to postpone the trial for five students at Helwan University for a period of three months without taking the students to the headquarters of the trial or presenting them before the Court, their names and data came as follows :” Mustafa Shalash “, Mustafa El-Khouly,” “Ahmed Qerany ,” and “Ali Ashour” The students at the Faculty of Pharmacy, and “Mohammed El-sayed” a student at the Faculty of Social Work.
It is worth mentioning that the students had been arbitrarily detained in violation of the law on 03.31.2014 from campus, and the General Prosecutor accused them of numerous accusations including the following: “demonstration, attacking the security of the university, belonging to an outlawed group,” to be He referred to the criminal court on the impact of these charges on 08/02/2014, and is currently detained in Tora prison.
