Security forcesforce hiding “Salah Regfat Salem ” a student at the Faculty of Commerce, Ain Shams University,, and that after his arrest during an assault by security forces on the masses of Zamalek Stadium in front of air defense, even to this day without disclosing the location to either his family or his lawyer.
It should be noted that this type of violation is flagrant violation of all Egyptian law, which stipulates “to submit to the investigating authority within twenty-four hours from the time of the detention”, and in international law, which stipulates that it shall not hide any citizen by authorities for more than 24 hours without Disclosure about his whereabouts to his family or his lawyer.
