The prosecution of the first police office in 6th of October decided to renew the imprisonment for 3 students at MUST and a Cairo University student for more investigation; students names and faculties are:

1- Ahmad Naser, Fourth year, faculty of Arts, Cairo University
2- Mohammad Adel, first year, faculty of business management, MUST
3- Mohammad Eissa, Third year, faculty of computer science, MUST
4- Gamal El Beialy, Third year, faculty of computer science, MUST

Students were arrested from their homes in 6th of October and they were accused of trying to kill the Sherriff of the first police office and the head of information in the police office,. Now, students are arrested at national security campus, located in 10.05 KM in Alexandria desert road.

Arresting the students is violating the 54th article of the current Egyptian constitution that stated: ” Personal freedom is a natural right, shall be protected and may not be infringed upon. Except for the case of being caught in flagrante delicto, it is not permissible to arrest, search, detain, or restrict the freedom of anyone in any way except by virtue of a reasoned judicial order that was required in the context of an investigation”.
