As a continue of the enforced disappearance policy, followed by the Egyptian security forces against the Egyptian college students; Security forces keep hiding the student Gehadeldeen Mohammad, who is enrolled in faculty of nursing, Almansoura University for the forth straight day, as they arrested him from one of the main streets, while they denied his existence in Talkha Police Station, although his family said that they saw him there. Yet, the police forces refuse to confess that the student is kept there as there were no report or arrest declaration have been made.
What the student experiences of enforced disappearance marks a violation of the current Egyptian constitution, especially, the 54 subject, which states that “Freedom is a personal right and it is preserved; cannot be touched, unless under the case of flagrant: No one should get arrested, restricted, inspected or deprived of his liberty, only after a caused judicial order which requires investigations.” I also states that “Whoever get arrested should be informed of the reasons for his detention and informed of his rights, written. And, enabled to contact, either his family or his lawyer and should be turned to the investigations’ Authority within twenty four hours of the moment he got arrested.”
