Decided on behalf of Sohag public court on Tuesday, 03/03/2015 to continue imprisonment of “Badawi Hassan” fourth year student, Faculty of Arts , Sohag University, and President of the Union College students in pretrial detention for 15 days pending investigations.
Recalling that the student was arrested arbitrarily in violation of the law on 02.12.2014 from the vicinity of the university, where he was forced to hide for several days, then the resumption of Sohag court ruled last Sunday 03/01/2015 the release of student on financial bail of ten thousand pounds, to be Then accused of inciting violence through social networking site “Facebook”, So, the prosecution detained him for 15 days after the charge.
