Ruled on behalf of the second section of Assiut Tuesday, 03/03/2015,to remain in custody both of ‘Sameh Ahmed Mohamed “second year student at the Faculty of Law, University of Assiut, and” Mahmoud Hamdan “third year student at the Faculty of Science, Assiut University, in Case No. 18 of 2015 , for a period of fifteen days pending investigations.
It is noteworthy that the security forces and members of private security company “Falcon” detained the students arbitrarily contrary to law, and took the students from their exams to an unknown location, where they were enforced disappeared for three days, and when the students were presented in front of a public prosecution on Tuesday 06/01/2015 effects of torture were visible , the prosecution did not take into consideration their condition, and remained them in custody pending investigations.
