Arbitrary arrest without a permission from prosecutors or a court order warrant is a crime against human rights laws, in this report &  a series of reports carried out by the freedom students Observatory in the context of monitoring violations against and still carried out by the current regime against the students, and near the anniversary of Women’s Day Global third issue, which had been a lot of violations.

“Samar Hassan Mahmoud Mohammed,” the student, in Faculty of Law, Cairo University Open education, is another story of the suffering of the students in Egypt stories in the existing system. After the, security forces broke into the home of her parents on 11/02/2015 and her arbitrary detention , she was charged with channel “complementary” space, as they searched the house and steal its contents of all mobile phones and computer at home in addition to the sums of money & the hard disk, and was forced to hide in an undisclosed location for several days.

It was in another violation within the abuses suffered to the student, was concealed enforced for several days in a clear violation of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights which states that “It is not permitted to hide any person involuntarily for more than 24 hours”,she has extended those violations were prevented from attending presentation session to the prosecution to complete the investigation, which was scheduled to be on 17.02.2015.

The fifth day of March the student will complete 21 days in jail after her arbitrarily arrest
