Ruled on behalf of Aga Court on Saturday, 03/07/2015,to remain in custody, “Abdul Rahman Mustafa Alnady ” a student in Faculty of Dentistry, University of Mansoura, to fifteen days pending investigations, following his arbitrarily arrest on February 3 he was taken from his home him & his brother without a permit from the prosecutor or a court order to that effect, to be detained in Aja Police Department.
The prosecution had charged him on demonstrating without a permit, and therefore has been remanded in custody, this violation came contrary to all international laws and conventions, and as provided in Article IX of the Universal Declaration of Rights and Freedoms, which criminalizes the arrest of any person subjected to arbitrary or deny or hide forcibly
