Ruled on behalf of North Assiut court yesterday Sunday, 08/03/2015, to imprison “Sameh Abdella Mohamed Abdel Aal,” a graduate of the Institute of Communications and Technology at the University of Assiut, for a period of fifteen days pending investigations.
Recalling that the student was arrested arbitrarily in violation of the law from his home on Thursday, 05.03.2015, has been taken to the National Security headquarters, and when the student were presented to the prosecution he issued a report in which it has been subjected to severe torture with electricity and water sprayed on him after having hi, stripped.
