Arbitrary detention, torture, force hiding then depriving from attending father’s funeral, the story started on the 11th March 2014, when some security officers and others in civil outfit arrested the student Amr Mohammad Morsy, also known as Amr Rabea.

He was hidden for 66 days after arresting him and current authorities didn’t say where he is that is considered a force hiding crime and a blatant violation for the universal declaration of human rights.

Throughout this period, the student’s family introduced a notice to the public prosecutor claiming their son’s hiding and asking for investigation about some information they knew about placing him in Al Azouly prison then taking him to Al Aqrab prison and a torture that caused pulling off his shoulder.

In the 70th day, Amr appeared in torn clothes facing  charge with belonging to Ansar Bayt Al Maqdes terrorist group.

Through out observing all what is related to the student we knew about his father’s death on the 29th Jan 2015 and we knew about current authorities intransigence that deprives the student from his right to attend his father’s funeral.
