Felonies court in Assuit decided today, Wednesday 11-3-2015, in the case number 17752, the only accused one in the case is the student Ahmad Yahia Ghanem, the student in the vetirinary medicine in Assuit who was arrested on 1-1-2015. The court decided to send him to prison for 3 years.

Worth mentioning that the student was illegally and arbitrarily arrested without permission from the prosecution or a justifying judicial request. Also, he was converted with other 3 students to a military court in another case that was delayed to the 15th March session.
