In a new violation to be added to the series of violations committed by security forces against students, security forces continue the forcible hiding to Asem Hegazy, the student in the first year, faculty of agriculture for the 32nd day whereas Mohammad Ragaaeey, the student in the fourth year, faculty of Law for the 14th day on a raw without telling any of the students families where they are.
Worth mentioning that the security forces arrested the student Asem Hegazy and he was forcibly hidden on the 24/2/2015 as news came that he was arrested in Al Mahala El Kobra police station that continues to deny arresting him. Mohammad Ragaaeey was arrested on the 15/3/2015 and news came that he is detained at Mansoura first police office, known as slaughterhouse due to its reputation about the torture prisoners have.
That was a continuity to the blatant violations for international laws that state that it is not allowed to take any exceptional situation such as war, political instability or war threat as a reason for justifying enforced disappearance as mentioned in the international treaty against enforced disappearance, Egyptian constitution, and the articles of the universal declaration for human rights that criminalize enforced disappeared.
