The military court in Tanta decided to send Maysara Mohammad Salah to prison for 5 years in the case number 11/ military.

Worth mentioning that the student was illegally and arbitrarily arrested on 14/1/2014 and he was arrested in Tanta police office, then he was referred to the security directorate building where he suffered torture. Many charges were fabricated including a charge that he was acquitted from in 407 case. The public prosecutor issued a release decision for the student though he wasn’t released because other charges were fabricated and he was referred to a military court.
