Ruled on Behalf Mansoura court on Wednesday, 04.22.2015, to remain in custody “Abdulrahman Mohammed Eid,” third year student at the Faculty of Medicine, Mansoura University, for a period of fifteen days pending investigations.
It is worth mentioning that he had been arrested arbitrarily contrary to the law from the street where he was kidnapped by masked men from his father’s car, on Tuesday, since 03/03/2015, and was forced to hide more than twenty days, in light of the denial of the security services of his presence, which is a violation of explicit and clear to all international laws and conventions which stipulates that no one shall be arbitrarily arrest and hide more than 24 hours without disclosing his location to his family or his lawyer.
