Department of Public Prosecutions ruled on Sunday 31/05/2015 to remain in custody “Mohammed Osam Abdul Aziz Ali Rashid” fourth year student in the technological institute Tenth of Ramadan, for a period of 15 days pending investigations.
It is noteworthy that the security forces had arrested the student arbitrarily against the law for a second time, and that on Tuesday, 21 April from his home, where he was forced hidden for four days, to appear later in front of the public prosecutor, which charged him with the manufacture of explosives, belonging to a group established against the law, the distribution of leaflets, encroaching on public and private property, cutting the the road, and was  detained at the headquarters of the 2nd  Department of Tenth of Ramadan.
Moreover, the security forces had arrested the student, “Mohammed Osam” for the first time on the 16th of August 2013 from Ramses Square, where he remained in jail for a period of 5 months to come out of it, bringing with him the hepatitis virus disease, which shows the extent of the deterioration of health conditions in Egyptian prisons and after  the student treatment to complete his recovery from the virus hepatitis disease, he showed symptoms of a new disease, a blockage in the bile ducts and enlarged of gall bladder, to continue the student suffering where he had surgery last February to expand the biliary tract and the installation of a pillar in the stomach.
