The misdemeanor court decided to postpone the trial of Abdul Rahman Fawzy El Shereef, the student in the third year, faculty of Law, Menoufeia University to the Tuesday 25/8/2015.
Egyptian security forces arrested the student on 29/5/2015 then he was accused of demonstrating without a permission and belonging to a banned group. This is absolutely against the 9th article of the universal declaration for human rights that stated: ” No one shall be subjected to arbitrary arrest, detention or exile”.
