Fifth Circuit ruled Giza Criminal headed by “Nagy Shehata” held at the Police Academy on Monday 08/24/2015 approved the renewal  against 12 students and a graduate of the universities of 6 October, in the accused Case No. 699 of 2015, known in the media as the “October Universities cell “for a period of 45 days pending investigations, the names of the students and their data came as follows:

1. Suhaib Khashan, second year student at the Faculty of Medicine October University .
2. Osama Khashan, first year student at the Faculty of Dentistry Misr University for Science and Technology.
3. Ahmed Hamdi, second year student at the Faculty of Dentistry October University .
4. Amjad ward , second year student at the Faculty of Dentistry October University .
5. Ahmad Badawi, third year student at the Faculty of Dentistry October University .
6. Omar Rabeai , second year student at the Faculty of Applied Arts October University .
7. Ahmed Mohammed Salim, second year student at the Faculty of Dentistry October University .
8. Mohammed Ismail derby, fourth year student at the Faculty of Dentistry October University .
9. Ali Hassan Salah, 1st year student at faculty of management and technology in the Canadian Institute of Information CIC.
10. Yusuf Osman Murad, 1st year student at the faculty of business management University of Egypt.
11. – Abdarahman Hanafi, second year student at the Faculty of Engineering Institute of the pyramids.
12. Moaz Elmasri, fourth year student at the Faculty of Engineering at the 10th Institute 6 October branch.
13. Mustafa Abdo Badawi, a graduate of the Faculty of Engineering October University . .

Recalling that the students were arrested arbitrarily contrary to all laws last Wednesday on the 25th of March, without a reason to that effect, they arrested the student rom their hostels, except for, “Omar Rabie ” who was arrested from his home, they also inspected the  students houses and stole its contents while arresting them , and no one knew their whereabouts until they were presented before a  public prosecutor yesterday, which ruled to delay their hearing till the investigations of the national security, and jailed the students for four days pending investigation.
