Ordered on behalf of Warraq court on Friday 09/18/2015 the release of “Mohammed Saeed Abdul Hakim” fourth year student at faculty of  social service at culture & science university , and that at the headquarters of his detention Warraq Police Department, after being indicted by a prosecutor of several charges, including: protesting without a permit.

The security forces have had arrested the student arbitrarily on Tuesday, 01.09.2015 without judicial authorization, and this is a violation contrary to the provisions of Article No. (54) of the current Constitution, which states that: “Personal freedom is the normal right ,  which shall not be touched, Except in the case of flagrante delicto, no one may be arrested, searched or, or imprisoned, or freedom restricted except by a causal judicial warrant required by the investigation. “
