Ruled on behalf of the Fifth Avenue court on Tuesday, 5 \ 5 \ 2015 to remain in custody “Suhaib Mohammed Hassan El-yousfy ” first year student at the Faculty of Commerce Sohag University , for a period of 45 days pending investigations.

It is worth mentioning that the student has been arrested arbitrarily contrary to the law from Cairo Governorate and on Wednesday, 02/26/2014, where he was accused by the public prosecutor of several charges, including: killing a police officer in Nasr City , burning of a police car , joining a network that aims to overthrow the regime, and are currently detained in Tora prison.
